The Association of Pacific Island Public Auditors (APIPA) will be proudly celebrating its 30th annual conference in Guam from August 26-30, 2019. Each year the APIPA Conference serves as the region's premier professional development event for finance and audit professionals from throughout the U.S.-affiliated Pacific islands. APIPA 2019 will feature unparalleled opportunities for participants to share ideas, sharpen skills, discover new tools and technologies, and network with peers across the Pacific.

Welcome to the official website of the 30th Annual Association of Pacific Islands Public Auditors (APIPA) Conference - www.apipa2019.org. The Guam Office of Public Accountability is pleased and honored to host this milestone conference from August 26 to 30, 2019 at the Dusit Thani Guam Resort in Tumon, Guam. At this year’s conference, we are celebrating “30 years of Professional Development in Public Accountability.”
Our host committee has been working closely with the Graduate School USA to put together an exciting program. Our conference offers four tracks—Audit, Audit Supervisory, Finance, and Advanced Finance and Management—in which our participants may choose the courses best suited for their continuing professional education needs. With over 20 courses to choose from and the after-conference activities we have lined up, I have no doubt that each participant will find great value in their time in Guam, and will return home energized and ready to support their respective institutions and agencies.
We express our heartfelt appreciation to the United States Department of the Interior's Office of Insular Affairs, as well as the Pacific Islands Training Initiative (PITI), for their ongoing support of APIPA and our annual conferences. In addition we thank the Graduate School USA team for their work securing outstanding instructors. Finally, we thank the Department of the Interior's Office of Inspector General, and IG Mary Kendall, for their continued support of the APIPA principals and offices.
